Financial Planning

Our Financial Planning Process

Our unique and comprehensive financial planning model is a 30 hour- (or more) long process spanning at least 4 meetings, aimed at gaining a full understanding of your financial needs and objectives and finally arriving at a highly customized financial plan. Throughout this process you will be served by an experienced licensed financial advisor who will be your lead consultant. We place great importance on the expertise of our consultants, which is why we require them to have the relevant qualifications, such as the Certified Financial Planner (CFP).

This process involves at least 4 meetings, the first of which is the Discovery meeting. In this meeting we learn about your personal details pertaining to your financial situation as well as your financial goals. We also use the Emergenetics® system to develop a profile of your preferred way of thinking, so that we may guide and coach you more effectively. Using this information we will develop a BEAR Report, which will be presented to you at the next meeting. Through the BEAR report your lead consultant will explain our analysis of the gap between your current situation and your goal and suggest some of the things that we can do for you in order to bridge the gap.

The BEAR report is then passed to our Specialist Consulting Group (SCG). Our specialists each focus on one component of the overall financial plan and possess the relevant qualifications and experience in their field. The SCG will craft the REAP report, which is a detailed set of specific recommendations designed to help you achieve your goal. Your consultant will present to you the REAPReport in the third meeting.

Once the REAP report has been approved by you, the final Implementation may take one or more meetings. This includes doing the paperwork for the recommended insurance policies, investment portfolios and drafting the will.

In addition, annually your consultant will meet up with you for a mandatory Financial Plan Review. It is our conviction that this component of our service is of paramount importance, because it allows us to have an update on your financial and personal situation as well as changes in the economic environment, which may warrant recommending necessary changes to your financial plan. Furthermore, we are able to assess your progress towards your goals and keep you on track.

Finally, we believe that our relationship with you should be a partnership, which is why we also organize educational financial planning and investment management workshops especially for our clients. Through the financial knowledge we impart, you will gain a greater understanding of how we do our work and why, so that together, we can synergistically advance towards your financial objectives
